- Use the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement to form conclusions, ideas, and hypothesis about the financial state of the distributorship.

Block Three: The Accounting Cycle: Guides the learner through the modern accounting cycle and introduces several concepts and terms relating to modern business financial practices.

Financial Management 102: Introduction to Ratio Analysis for Non-Financial Managers uses an interactive Web-based interface to teach the fundamental elements ratio analysis in the context of a distributorship environment. This AED Foundation Web-based course will show non-financial managers who already know how to read and interpret financial statements how to use the values on these sheets to analyze the financial performance of individual departments and the dealership as a whole. Participants will use sample financial statements to perform calculations and interpret the performance of two fictional dealerships.
Upon completion of Financial Management 102, participants will be able to:
- Define and describe the function and purpose of the income statement, the balance sheet, and the cash flow statement with 100% accuracy
